We don't always expect you having the exact skill set or even a certain number of years of experience in the industry. We realize that people can quickly pick up new languages and products as long as they have a solid educational foundation and are willing to learn. The main factors for us when considering job applicants are the following:

- Strong background in at least one of the areas of programming
- Right attitude toward development process and innovations. You've got to love it!

Presently we are looking for the following skills:

• WEB and graphic designer with good taste and imagination combined with technical background in programming. In addition to graphical skills, the knowledge of HTML and CSS is required. Optionally we would like you to be familiar with XSL and Java Script. Knowledge and experience in Flash / Flex and .NET programming would be greatly beneficial. We would like to see your design portfolio and previous work, if possible.
